It's difficult, isn't it, to know as well as to remember a hundred details about the 30 or so children in your class? Develop a small format to help you keep key details in one place. Later you can supplement this by maintaining files (or portfolios) for each child. It may seem like a lot of work in the beginning, but later on it will help you greatly. Believe me!
थोड़ा मुश्किल है ना, अपने तकरीबन ३० बच्चों के बारे में सैकड़ों बातें याद रखना? इसलिए बेहतर होगा कि हम एक छोटा सा फॉर्मेट बनाएं ताकि ज़रूरी बातें एक जगह रखी जा सकें. बाद में आप हरेक बच्चे के लिए अलग-अलग फाइलें या पोर्टफोलियो भी रख सकते हैं. शुरू-शुरू में अधिक बोझ लग सकता है, पर बाद में ये बहुत काम की चीज़ होगी, सच मानिए!
